MAGIC
Magic in the wasteland is more of a myth than anything else. There are few who use it and temples following mages and "gods" but no one believes in that bull crap or they are psychotic weirdos. Magic is actually the residual energy of chaos and death that resides in the air of the wastelands. It's the energy of pure chaos and when tapped into can be devastatingly powerful, destructive, and uncontrollable. Most who see it lose their minds.
GODS
There are many "gods" of the wasteland raved to by the weirdos everywhere, but only a few hold any ground. The main deities have followings, have blessed their followers, and have made themselves known in various ways. Almost all the gods are somewhat insane in their own way.
Ifrit, Eternal Burning Death
Ifrit is the god of fire, and the endless flame burning the wastes eternally. He is represented in fire, and his followers see being burned alive as a blessing from their god. They believe the suns scorching rays of the waste are his and the followers burn hot with their god's passion. Ifrit demands that people be burned alive in his honor, and stories tell of a city that stopped burning people for Ifrit that lost all of it's fire, pludging into a freeze so cold it killed all life there.
Greya, The Angel Combustion
Greya is the goddess of the machine, and the embodiment of war vehicles everywhere. Machines blessed by the angel cumbustion are said to continue running even when they should not, use less gasoline, outperform their limits, and much more. Greya is said to bless drivers who drive her machines giving them longer more influential lives. Most of all though she blesses her "Blackfingers" whom give her machines life. As such Blackfingers and Savvyheads everywhere believe she is a miracle worker even if they have no magic or connection to her. Greya is one of the only non violent gods out there having performed little influence on the world of the wastes besides blessings.
Chromeus, God of War and Blood
Chromeus is a silverhumanoid being whom bathes in the blood of fallen enemies and drinks / eats with his warriors of chrome in Valhalla. Most war boys are followers of Chromeus and live to die in the glory of epic battle yelling at others to bear witness to their sacrifice in battle and spraying themselves in his holy chrome. The deity secretly does not take more than a few of the best warriors of the wastes to his side, and all these others that are not good enough simply become part of his blood baths.
Hex, Lust Incarnate
Hex is the goddess of sex and lust. She is an unstoppable machine of lust making anyone she wants fall for her without fail. She can have anyone she wants whenever she wants, and she leads he followers into orgies of debauchery and sick BDSM cults of unsatisfying high sexual temptation. Her followers tend to wear sexually provocative outfits or tight leather, and will generally rape and brutally beat their victims before finally killing them.
Elex'Mor'Gloth, Minds Eye
The god of all things unknown and crazed. Said to have created the child things and horrors of the wastes. It is unknown what IT looks like or what IT wants, but very few follow IT and even fewer are aware of ITs existence.
Omega, The Warmind
Omega is not a god. It is a machine, a warmongering machine. It is an AI from times before the wastes, and little is known about it's whereabouts now. No one is sure what it's motives are but many believe it helped cause what the wastes are now.
